Warranty conditions
1.The company shall consider the products under the warranty period from the warranty card which is completely registered, the receipt or other evidence which is shown the buying date.
2.This warranty shall cover damage to product from normal usage or manufacturing defect only. This shall not include damages or defects caused by transportation, corrosive chemicals, failure to comply with instruction for installation, modification and/or incorrect maintenance.
3.Within the warranty period, the company agrees to replace the defective part free of charges. Other cost and expenses from transportation, spare parts, installation and/or removal shall not be responsible by the company.
4.When the warranty period has expired, the company shall notify the service charges and other expenses to the purchasers before next processing.
5.Free onsite service charge for the first year after purchase.
